The 100 Day Commitment to Self was created for this place.
This is not a programme about fixing yourself or pushing harder. It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and build consistency in a way that feels kind, realistic, and sustainable.
Why a 100 day commitment?
Because meaningful change takes time.
Not forever, but long enough to move beyond motivation and into something steadier. One hundred days creates space to notice patterns, practise returning when things drift, and build trust with yourself through small, repeated choices.
This programme is about consistency with compassion, not perfection.
What the programme looks like
The 100 Day Commitment to Self is a small group coaching programme designed to support women who want structure and accountability, without pressure or overwhelm.
Across the 100 days, you are guided through six simple daily commitments that support wellbeing, self awareness, and self connection. These commitments are not rigid rules. They are anchors, designed to fit around real life rather than compete with it.
The programme includes
A private Facebook group for gentle daily check ins, reflection, and community support
Guided worksheets to support planning, reflection, and accountability
Regular prompts to help you notice what is working and what may need adjusting
Live Zoom calls to pause, reflect, and reconnect as a group
There is no expectation to do everything perfectly. Showing up honestly and doing what you can is enough.
