Helping women reconnect with themselves, one small step at a time

I'm Kylee Long, a certified Health and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping women reclaim their energy, wellbeing, and self-worth. My approach blends heart-led compassion with evidence-based tools, guiding you to create meaningful change that lasts.

My Journey

Over a decade ago, I realised I was living by default, not by design. I was constantly putting others first and losing touch with who I really was. On the outside, life looked fine — but inside, I felt stuck, depleted, and disconnected.

Then came a turning point. I won a free coaching session with life coach. That single conversation helped me see my worth, believe in myself again, and imagine a life that felt true to me.

From that moment, I chose to stop waiting for change and start creating it. Today, I help other women do the same — with compassion, clarity, and practical steps forward.

How I Work

I combine training in lifestyle medicine coaching, behaviour change theory, coaching psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with my own lived experience.

This means our work together is:

The koru (Māori word for 'loop') is a spiral shape based on the unfurling silver fern frond of the ponga plant.The unfurling frond is symbolic for new life, new beginnings, hope, personal growth, purity nurturing, a new phase in life, the spirit of rejuvenation and peace.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in nature, with my family, or enjoying the small rituals that keep me grounded. I believe in living the same intentional, balanced life I help my clients create.
